Research Experience:

His research interest includes acoustic emission and microseismic testing/monitoring in laboratory and in fields, source location algorithm, artificial neural network filter technique, velocity inverts technique, failure mechanics of rock based on microseismic information, and rockburst monitoring & warning.

Dr. Feng is the director of underground engineering branch of CSRME, committee member of youth commission of CSRME, committee member of green mining technology youth committee of Zhongguancun green mining industry alliance, guest editor of 2 special issues, reviewer of more than 10 international journal, et al. Dr. Feng’s awards and honors include 2 scientific awards, young elite scientist sponsorship program by CAST, reward-gainer of the excellent PhD dissertation by CSRME, and reward-gainer of dean award of CAS, outstanding contribution in reviewing of TUST. He has published ~50 papers in journals & proceedings, and ~20 patents in the area of deep rockmass mechanics and underground engineering safety.
